One platform, five layers
One record of evidence, from resume to decision.
Meritside's products are not separate tools that happen to share a name. They are layers of one platform. A fact is extracted once, with its evidence, and every product above it uses that same fact.

A resume's journey
From one upload to an explained decision.
- 01
A recruiter uploads a resume
It arrives through Meritside Network, or through a hiring team using Meritside Agent.
- 02
Meritside Parse reads it
Text and layout become facts, and each fact keeps the words it came from.
- 03
Meritside Memory recognizes the candidate
Duplicates are resolved into one profile. A new candidate or a real update earns the recruiter Merits.
- 04
Meritside API finds and explains
Search and ranking draw on that profile, and every match carries its reasons.
- 05
Meritside Agent does the work
It matches, screens and interviews, and you can trace each result back to the resume.
Why one platform
Separate tools break the chain of evidence.
When a parser, a database, a search engine and an agent come from different places, the evidence is lost between them. A ranking cannot point back to the resume line it relied on, and a duplicate candidate becomes two candidates.
Meritside keeps one canonical profile per candidate and carries the evidence through every layer. That is what lets an agent's decision be explained, and what lets a recruiter's contribution be credited fairly.
